Alex Göke is a Berlin-based director, known for his strong visual storytelling style that captures the beauty in everyday life. He began his creative journey by experimenting with photography and film cameras, which eventually led him to pursue a career in production and directing.
Alex has been with BWGTBLD GmbH for five years, where he worked his way up from intern to the position of head of development in the creative department. Through his work at BWGTBLD he gained invaluable experience working closely with the company's roster of directors and creatives internationally.
Already during his time at BWGTBLD, Alex has directed and developed campaigns for numerous high-profile brands, including Jordan, Mercedes-Benz, Allianz, o2, Nike, and Kia, to name a few. He is also credited with developing campaigns and projects within the company's creative hub "Workshop" where he has worked as a creative director on various projects.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, Alex's work aims to capture the subtle, humane truths in the world around us. His approach to filmmaking focuses on elevating the ordinary and finding beauty in unexpected places. His dedication to his craft and ability to capture the essence of his subjects has earned him a reputation as one of Berlin's most talented up-and-coming directors.
