„Pause“ is a documentary series consisting of three 5-minute films for Allianz. The series explores the intersection of sports and mental health, highlighting the stories of three mental health coaches with different backgrounds in sports.

Through intimate interviews and behind-the-scenes footage, viewers will gain insight into the experiences and perspectives of these coaches, who have all faced their own mental health challenges and now use their expertise to support athletes and teams. Each film focuses on a different coach, delving into their personal journeys and the unique approaches they take to mental health coaching and sheds light on an often overlooked aspect of sports and encourages important conversations around mental health and wellness.
